Terms & conditions.
These terms govern your use of the Aura Lounge website (the “Site”) and any reservation, table booking, or message you submit through it. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.
1 · Who we are
“Aura,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Aura Lounge, located at Alfredou 21, Agios Theodoros, 8010 Paphos, Cyprus. Questions or requests? Email info@aura-hookah.com or call +357 26 000 000.
2 · Reservations
A reservation request submitted through the Site is a request, not a guarantee — it becomes confirmed only after we email you a confirmation. We hold tables for fifteen minutes past your booked time; after that the table may be released.
- VIP Box reservations carry a minimum spend, displayed on the form at the time of booking.
- Cancellations are free, but please tell us as early as you reasonably can so the table doesn’t sit empty.
- Aura is an 18+ venue. We may ask for ID at entry.
- Dress code is smart-casual. We reserve the right of admission.
3 · The information you give us
When you submit a reservation, contact message, or otherwise use the Site, you’ll share your name, contact details, and any notes you choose to include. We store this in our own systems (described in the Privacy Policy) and use it to deliver the service.
By ticking the consent checkbox on either form, you also agree that:
- We may use the contact details you provide to send you occasional news, events, and offers from Aura.
- We retain your details in our reservation and messaging systems for as long as needed to operate the venue and to comply with our legal obligations.
- You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing info@aura-hookah.com; this will stop the marketing emails but doesn’t affect anything we sent or did before you opted out.
4 · Acceptable use
Don’t use the Site to upload anything illegal, harmful, or that infringes someone else’s rights. Don’t submit reservations under a false identity or for someone who hasn’t asked you to. We may decline or cancel reservations that look fraudulent.
5 · Our content
Photography, copy, brand marks and the Aura name belong to us (or to people who’ve licensed us to use them). You may share links to public pages of the Site, but please don’t copy whole pages or commercial assets without asking.
6 · Service availability
We try to keep the Site live and the reservations system working, but we don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may pause or change features without notice. We’re not liable for losses caused by the Site being unavailable.
7 · Limitation of liability
Aura’s total liability for any claim relating to your use of the Site — to the maximum extent permitted by law — is limited to the value of the reservation in question, or €100, whichever is lower. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited under Cyprus or EU law (such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence).
8 · Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” line at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new version.
9 · Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute that can’t be resolved by talking to us at info@aura-hookah.com goes to the courts of Paphos.
10 · Cookies
The Site uses a small number of cookies and local-storage entries to keep your admin session signed in and to remember when you’ve accepted this banner. See the Privacy Policy → Cookies section for details.
